We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

SatelliteRadioAssist provides technical support and account management services for satellite radio equipment and subscriptions. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Installation assistance
• Troubleshooting
• Signal optimization
• Equipment diagnostics

• Subscription management
• Billing support
• Package changes
• Multi-radio coordination

Services are provided by phone, online chat, and email. Response times may vary based on service demand and issue complexity.

To receive our Services, you agree to:

• •Provide accurate and complete information about your satellite radio issue
• •Follow technician instructions during troubleshooting
• •Have all necessary equipment available during support sessions
• •Maintain appropriate internet/phone connectivity for remote support
• •Not use our Services for any unlawful purpose

You are responsible for any charges from your service provider related to accessing our support services.

Our fee structure and refund policy:

• Per-incident or subscription plans available
• All fees are due before service delivery
• Prices subject to change with notice

• Full refund if we cannot resolve your issue
• Partial refund for partially resolved issues
• No refund after successful resolution

To request a refund, contact us within 7 days of service completion. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

SatelliteRadioAssist's liability is limited as follows:

• →We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• →Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for services
• →We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• →We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

All content and materials provided through our Services are protected by intellectual property laws:

All website content, documentation, and support materials are our exclusive property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for personal use

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our materials without permission

Either party may terminate service under these conditions:

• For violation of these Terms
• For fraudulent or abusive behavior
• With 30 days notice for service changes

• Stop using our Services
• Cancel any recurring subscriptions
• No refunds for prepaid services

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois.
